Responsibilities

Design and launch new organizational structures;
Lead a team, coordinate tasks, and collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals;
Assess risks and ensure a strategic approach to the development of new products;
Negotiate with partners to secure favorable terms and budgets;
Take full ownership of project management, with a focus on results: improving key metrics, ROI, and successfully launching new products.

Proven experience in project and team management, with the ability to effectively coordinate efforts and achieve objectives;
Flexibility and a willingness to learn, capability of understanding new concepts and materials quickly;
Self-motivation and accountability, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision;
Knowledge of programming languages is a plus but not mandatory (it can help simplify working with algorithms and AI training);
Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial terms for the company.
